TRAC Masters Lacrosse League
Players are drafted placed to teams prior to the season starting and receive an hour of gameplay on the same turf the National Lacrosse League’s Toronto Rock trains and competes on year round. The league can accommodate a range of skill levels and is competitive, challenging, and fun. Players will also receive a TRAC Athletics-brand dry fit shirt to wear for games.

Barrie Masters Lacrosse League
The Barrie Masters Lacrosse League (est. 2003) is a recreational house league played Wednesday nights (7:30 & 8:30 games) from late April to early September at the Thornton Arena just south of Barrie. This is a fun league with skill levels from beginner to A level players using official Masters rules & referees.

Centre Wellington Chumash
Chumash was created in the early 1990’s on the beaches in and near Santa Barbara. Essentially, it’s 3 on 3 lacrosse played on a special goal with no goaltender. It’s perfect for teaching the fundamentals of movement and catching and throwing in a game situation without a huge, intimidating field.
London Masters Lacrosse
London Masters Lacrosse is an informal group of players providing a place where they can continue to play Masters Lacrosse in a fun environment.
- House League (21+), from April to August. Wednesday nights. Nichols Arena
in London. - Senior Masters Travel Tournament team (35+), 3 weekend tournaments plus
Provincials, from late April to early September. No practices, just games.

South Western Ontario Men's Lacrosse League
SWOLL is a men's lacrosse league based out Kitchener Ontario. We play on Wednesday nights from December to March each year. All are welcome to sign up individually or with friends. Teams are re-drafted each year.
Skill level is around Jr/Sr. D. Intensity level is pretty chill, but can ramp up a bit in close games. At the end of the day its about having fun!
Toronto Masters Lacrosse League
We offer the best Masters Lacrosse in Toronto and invite anyone 20 years old and over, whether you've played before or not. Our league currently runs from the Scarborough Soccer Centre on Thursday nights from May to August, giving you 15 weeks of the greatest sport on two feet!
